Room tariff mentioned is in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of two meals (breakfast and dinner) and all applicable taxes for the number of people specified in the description.

According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid visa. Indian nationals can present any one of the following: Passport, Driving License or Voter ID card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in and the booking will be considered as NO SHOW and no refund will be provided. # Indian nationals making cash payment above Rs. 20000.00 has to produce their PAN card.  Blossom Hill Retreat Manali reserves the right to cancel reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If cancelled 30 days before date of arrival: 100% refund.
If cancelled 15-30 days before date of arrival : 90% refund.
If cancelled 07-15 days before date of arrival: 70 % refund.
If cancelled within 07 days of date of arrival: No refund.

In-case of Refund payment will be reversed in same mode within 7 to 10 working days.

Booking can be postponed subject to availability. If cancelled less than 07 days : No refund. No Show / Late Check in / Early Check out-: No refund. Cancellation on supplementary charge dates-No refund.
